EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION

BUILDING RULES: 

Violating any of these rules may result in termination of occupancy without exceptions! 

1. THIS IS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL-FREE BUILDING. If you are caught in possession of drugs or alcohol you will be asked to leave the building immediately. 
2. If it is suspected that you have a prohibited substance (drugs or alcohol), you agree to and authorize management or local law enforcement to perform an unannounced search of your room. 
3. Public intoxication will NOT be tolerated in the building.
4. This is a secure building, but it is only as secure as you make it. Make sure front and back doors are closed and locked at all times.
5. The back door is an emergency exit only!
6. Do not loan your keys to anyone!
7. Respect all residents and guests.
8. Tenants must observe “Quiet Hours” starting at 10:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 a.m.
9. Children are NOT allowed as residents or guests.
10. NO VISITORS – EXCEPT CASE WORKERS, FIRE DEPARTMENT WORKERS, POLICE OFFICERS, PROBATION/PAROLE OFFICERS, NURSING PERSONEL/MED TECHS, EMTS.
11. Only Ed Zhe has the authority to restrict visitors.
12. Pick up after yourself. Do your dishes as soon as you are done eating.
13. No smoking in the Non-smoking TV room and Library.
14. Keep your room clean and orderly.
15. Keep your refrigerator clean inside and out.
16. No excessive nailing or screw holes in room walls without prior permission.
17. Remove clothing from washer/dryer promptly after cycles finish.
18. If you lose your keys, there will be a $75.00 charge to replace them. This charge is nonnegotiable.
19. Your rent is to be paid on the day that it is due, NO EXCEPTIONS.
20. No partial payments will be accepted unless prior management approval.
21. Residents moving out of the building must have all belongings out of the room and keys returned to management by Noon. If all belongings are not out of the room they will be boxed up by management and securely stored in the basement of the building for not more than 30 days. Belongings in the basement for more than 30 days will be deemed “abandoned” and will be disposed of accordingly.
22. Violation of these rules will result in termination of your room occupancy privileges. You will be asked to leave by Noon the following day. If you do not leave voluntarily, you will be locked out of your room and denied access to your belongings. You will need to contact management to obtain access to clear out your belongings and return the keys. 
23. NO PETS 

I agree and understand that by signing the Electronic Signature Acknowledgement and Consent Form, I am consenting to be legally bound by this agreement, as all electronic signatures are the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature.
