Vending Route & Warehouse Assistant — Part-Time

Position Summary

SRB Vending, LLC is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Vending Assistant to service an established vending route. The Vending Assistant drives a company van to deliver vending products and provide service to our customers.

This position is responsible for filling soda, snack, coffee, and food machines to established levels, ensuring customer requests are addressed, maintaining inventory on the company vehicle, loading the vehicle, and completing required paperwork. Routes may begin at various early-morning start times.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Stock, clean, and ensure vending machines are working properly along an assigned route.
  • Complete assigned routes within normally scheduled hours.
  • Load the company vehicle and maintain accurate product inventory.
  • Safely operate and properly maintain the company vehicle while following all traffic laws.
  • Maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers.
  • Accurately record route and inventory information.
  • Complete and maintain required records and paperwork.
  • Follow established sanitation and safety standards.
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history. Safe and responsible operation of a company vehicle is an essential part of this position.


Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring frequent standing, stooping, bending, lifting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.


Schedule

Part-Time - Routes may have various early-morning start times depending on the assigned route and service needs.

Position Summary

SRB Property Management, LLC is seeking a dependable and adaptable Part-Time General Labor Support team member to assist with multiple areas of our small business operation.


Starting out, the primary focus of this position will be supporting our vending operations, including efficient route delivery, loading delivery vehicles, warehouse support, and other tasks as needed. The position will also provide support with property walk-throughs, maintenance and operations, warehouse duties, and occasional clerical and errand tasks.


Work locations are primarily in the Milton area but may involve work throughout Rock County, Wisconsin.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Support vending operations by loading delivery vehicles, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Drive a company utility van to delivery and work locations as needed.
  • Assist with efficient vending route operations and other vending-related tasks.
  • Support the maintenance and operations team with tasks at properties managed by SRB Property Management.
  • Assist with property walk-throughs and other general property-related duties.
  • Support main office staff with clerical and errand duties as needed.
  • Safely push and pull loaded carts and transport products or supplies.
  • Respond to directions from multiple team members and appropriately prioritize tasks.
  • Communicate when priorities conflict or additional direction is needed.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurability requirements.


Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while also responding to direction from multiple team members. Basic experience using computers and tablet devices is required. Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required.


This is an entry-level position, making it a good opportunity for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable performing a variety of tasks.


Physical Requirements

This is an active position that may require time spent driving, walking, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and working in warehouse or property environments.


Applicants must be able to push and pull loaded carts and lift up to 40 pounds.


Work may take place in a variety of environments, including company vehicles, residential properties, industrial environments, and a warehouse that is not climate controlled.


Schedule

Part-Time: Approximately 12–15 hours per week, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule based on availability.
