Rental Application FAQ

RENT MUST NOT EXCEED 35% OF YOUR INCOME.  Please visit the link below to determine if your budget aligns with the property you are applying for.


Instructions: 

  1. Click the link provided.
  2. Enter your monthly income after taxes (this must be verifiable with pay stubs, letters, etc.).
  3. Specify the percentage of your income that you are willing to allocate for rent; SRB uses 35% as a standard guideline.

The information will be automatically calculated, allowing you to see if you qualify for the property you are applying for.

Pet acceptance will be clearly listed in the property details. If you're still unsure whether pets are allowed after reviewing the details, please contact our office directly for clarification.


Where pets are allowed: Only pre-approved pets that are not on the restricted dog breed list and do not exceed 50 lbs are permitted.

  • Credit must not be lower that 580.
  • No open collection accounts without a repayment plan in place.
  • No bankruptcies within 10 years.
  • Minimum late payments

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.


If you are under the age of 21, you will be required to have a cosigner.

SRB does not accept assistance for incoming tenants.


Section 8 is NOT accepted.

You must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. 


You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that we require that monthly rent amount must not exceed 35% of your monthly income.


No extensive criminal background.


Credit check where credit is not below 580.
